Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix together 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
- Mash bananas and set them aside.
- Blend 1 cup of sugar and eggs together in mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients except for the cinnamon sugar. Mix by hand until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle top with blended cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool on rack for 15 minutes.
